Advice and Information
Our head office in Church Street is manned by experienced staff and volunteers.
Staff are available in person or on the telephone to offer a whole range of advice, information, assistance and will competently deal with any telephone enquiries.
Information on services from other providers is available and you can also [hire or purchase mobility equipment from the shop].
Our trained staff are available to re-tube hearing aids and insert new batteries.
We offer a benefits and pension advice service and we can arrange for someone to visit you in your home to assist with completing benefit and other forms.
Currently there is a benefit advice service at our office in Raunds held on a Friday morning.
Over 9000 people come and visit us every year.
